Campsite Numero Uno

After a long sometimes brutally hot day anywhere is nice. We used Passport America to find our first nights stay. We are at Ingram’s Marina and Campground near Quincy, Florida. It’s easy enough to find. Sites are well spread out and seem kept up nicely. The lady at the office was very pleasant and said if we wanted to stay longer than a night, no problem. Using Passport America allowed us to stay here with full hookup cheaper than going to a State Park. Yay Capt. Jim! Smart move.

For those that like nature there are walking trails at a nearby State Park and fishing here is supposed to be some of the best. There were pictures of some huge bass and crappie in the office. The campground is right on Talquin Lake. It’s tempting to stay longer but onward we will go tomorrow after a good night’s rest.
