Logo Love

Our new logo.

We have been speaking with our camp host at Spadra Park regarding Woodpecker Campground, which is his relatively new property. I asked him if I could mention it on my blog, and he readily agreed. He stopped by again yesterday to ask for the names of our blog and Facebook page, so I told him they were ChasingSeventies.com. And, naturally, I had to spell it out, given that the input required words rather than numbers.

This event finally motivated me to create a logo, which is something I have wanted to do for a long time. If I had finished it yesterday, he could have simply taken a picture of it, but now it is available for everyone.

It just so happened that the other day we were in Fort Smith and visited Hobby Lobby. On impulse—I truly couldn’t help it—we bought a Cricut Joy 2, which is the perfect size for camper travel. Voila, it is the perfect machine to create our logo.

It is not that my blog or Facebook page is a source of income; they are not. I do not run any advertisements! My goal is simply to share our travels and the insights we have gained about RV life. If we can help someone else navigate this lifestyle, then that makes it all the more worthwhile.

Please look for information regarding Woodpecker Campground soon.

Right where it should be.
